What is Shuckin’ Monday?

Shuckin’ Monday is one of our favorite summer traditions at the Lacey Elks!

Every Monday during the summer months, our Past Exalted Rulers (PERs) get together in the Pavilion to cook. Our Antlers serve the food to our members and guests. Shuckin’ Mondays generally continue through mid-September.

The menu can change from week to week, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for each Monday’s menu.

Where do the proceeds go?
Shuckin’ Monday is about more than just good food and a fun night at the Lodge. Each year, the PERs decide where the proceeds can do the most good. Funds may be used for a much-needed repair or improvement around the Lodge or donated to a charitable cause. Where the proceeds go can vary from year to year.

Shuckin’ Monday is a great opportunity to come out, meet some of our Past Exalted Rulers, get to know fellow members, enjoy some good food, and spend a fun summer evening together in the Pavilion.
