Public Relations Committee
In the most general of terms, the goal of a Public Relations committee is to establish and maintain a relationship between an organization and its public. Various methods include:
- Community Relations: Enhancing our Lodge position in the community through outreach efforts mutually benefiting both.
- Crisis Management: Maintaining the Lodge’s interest and activities to governing bodies and elected officials.
- Internal Relations: Serving as the conduit for information among the lodge’s membership.
- Media Relations: Conducting outreach to the media.
- Publicity: Furthering the lodge’s interests through targeted media coverage of the Lodge’s messages and events.
