DAP Committee​

The Elks National Drug Awareness Program is the largest drug awareness program in the United States. 

  • We are very proud of our army of volunteers who freely give their time and talents to this notable cause. 
  • The Elks are committed to eliminating the use and abuse of illegal drugs by all members of society and believe that in order to ensure a bright future for our country, it is essential that our children be raised in a drug free environment. 
  • Our Lodge leadership is dedicated to programs including Walk Out on Drugs and Peer Leadership Council, and by conducting seminars providing educational materials for youth and adults.

I just wanted to thank everyone that came out to the Drug Awareness Night to support the cause. We had a very informative presentation and we all left with knowledge on how to combat this important crisis in our community. We also learned about mental health and self help which was an added bonus!
