🇺🇸 VETERANS COMMITTEE

The Lacey Elks Veterans Committee is dedicated to supporting our Veterans and making sure they know they are never forgotten.

The committee helps returning Veterans make their transition back into the community less stressful by assisting with needs such as furnishing an apartment, connecting them with organizations and programs, and helping them access the benefits they have earned.

We also support Veterans right here in our local community through Lunch & Learn programs, where Veterans can learn about available benefits, services, and resources.

Sometimes helping means something as simple as yard work or replacing a needed appliance. Other times, it may mean helping a Veteran navigate the process of getting into the VA system and connected with the proper services.

❤️ You do NOT have to be a Veteran to join the Veterans Committee!
